Learning Path
January theme is about new beginnings and setting intentions for the year ahead. It combines both the old and new providing time for reflection and introspection, allowing for the integration of past experiences and the cultivation of future intuition.
February is the theme of facing fears and overcoming them. It is a time to confront and address any lingering fears or anxieties that have been holding you back.
March is the theme of money and financial matters. It is a time to examine our beliefs and attitudes towards money and how they shape our financial decisions and behaviours. We explore the cultural, societal, and personal influences that shape our perceptions of money, as well as the understanding of how our past experiences and emotions can affect our financial choices.
April is the theme of availability, self-care and boundaries. It is a time to focus on taking care of oneself, both physically and emotionally.
May is the theme of mother energy, rebirth, and the stories we hold about our mothers. It is a time to examine and honour the role of the mother figure in our lives, both in terms of our own mothers and the mother archetype.
June is the theme of father energy, validation, and the stories we hold about our fathers. It is a time to examine and honour the role of the father figure in our lives, both in terms of our own fathers and the father archetype.
July is the theme of joy, experiencing new things and having fun. It is a time to focus on cultivating more joy in our lives and finding new ways to experience and express it.
August is the theme of anger, identifying where it started and healing inner child and traumas. It is a time to examine the sources of our anger and to understand the underlying emotions and experiences that fuel it.
September is the theme of sex and how it is taught. It is a time to examine our beliefs and attitudes towards sex and how they were shaped by our upbringing, culture, and society.
October is the theme of self-observation, self-reflection and self-discovery. It is a time to take a step back and observe who we are, how we define ourselves, and what makes us tick.
November is the theme of living in the present moment, or “being in the now.” It is a time to focus on letting go of dwelling on the past or worrying about the future, and instead, focus living for today.
December is the theme of death and honouring the parts of ourselves that are ready to be released. It is a time to reflect on the old, tired, angry, hurt, and lost aspects of ourselves that we may be holding onto, and to release them in a ceremonial or symbolic way.
